Gain a dynamic and practical perspective of computational molecular biology while exploring the most prevalent issues in the field. Critically dissect existing methods for representing and analyzing genomes, sequences, and proteins to find the strengths and limitations of each. Class projects will help molecular biologists and computer scientists to understand the major issues concerning genomes, sequences and structures.
