Description

In today's world, being a successful company requires facilitating a true shift in the way business is done - think Lyft and Twitter. In this course, we'll call these companies that create radical shifts in consumer behavior, Prime Movers.

Prime movers build their businesses across the entire value stack, including areas called Proprietary Power, Product Power, Business Model Power, Company Power, and Category Power. In this course, you'll study how each of these elements are developed and fostered through the early life of a startup. As part of this course, you'll work on a roadmap paper and participate in a presentation.
